I found mould in my stock powder that i bought from the supermarket, it has not expired yet and it was sealed,?

so i bought some stock powder from the supermarket and i only just opened it the other day and there was a clump of mould in it, it doesnt expire untill sep 2012 so thats not right. i emailed the company but who else do i report this to

it was stored in a dry cool place but was only bought a few weeks ago

First call the place where you bought it from to complain so that you can receive a refund.
If they don't give you a refund, then, call the manufacturer of the company that their product is sold in the store you bought it from and it has mold in it. If the manufacturer doesn't listen, then call the FDA, (The Food and Drug Administration)
